Fix the meeting everyone dreads.
A small pilot cohort for leaders, facilitators, and managers to work through real organizational conversations in real time.
3 sessions over 6 weeks
Thursdays · 12–1:30pm PT
June 11, June 25, July 9
Most teams don’t struggle because people are unintelligent or ill-intentioned.
They struggle because:
fear shapes conversations
the real issue stays unspoken
difficult meetings get stuck in the same tired loops
decisions remain unclear
tension is avoided or managed rather than addressed
honesty and trust begin to separate
This cohort is designed to work directly with those dynamics through live conversation, reflection, and practical experimentation.
Who it’s for:
OF Cohorts are small, curated groups built through invitation and referral.
Participants tend to be people carrying meaningful responsibility inside teams and organizations — including leaders, managers, founders, facilitators, and others navigating difficult organizational conversations.
This group may resonate especially if you find yourself asking questions like:
Why do smart teams avoid the real issue?
How do you lead when nobody wants to say what’s actually happening?
What kinds of meetings increase courage instead of compliance?
How do you create honest dialogue without blowing up trust?
Why do certain conversations keep repeating without resolution?
How do you lead honestly when fear and uncertainty are shaping the room?
What it is:
A small, highly interactive working group focused on difficult meetings, honest dialogue, organizational tension, and leading through uncertainty.
Participants bring real conversations, real leadership challenges, and real meeting dynamics into the room to work on together.
This is not a certification program, leadership seminar, or sales pitch. It’s a practical space for experimenting with more honest and effective ways of working together.
